Delray Paradise 1 sleeps up to 8 guests (6 adults max) and features an outdoor oasis with heated pool, games, a BBQ grill, and more.
Designed for comfort and privacy with a cozy interior, ground floor access, a (shared) backyard that offers a spacious area for a barbeque, a heated pool, corn hole and tiki toss, Delray Paradise is the prime home base for your Delray Beach getaway!
In this first floor unit, you’ll find 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a den/bedroom with 1 king bed, two queen beds, and 2 twin beds (trundle) in the den/4th bedroom—accompanied by two full bathrooms (1 bathtub/2 showers). The living space is enhanced by a fully stocked kitchen, 6 seat dining table, a 2 seat dining table, and a cozy living room and den, perfect for casual gatherings. Step outside to enjoy your backyard overlooking the inviting pool, a wonderful spot for morning coffee or to relax with a view of the evening sunset.

Whether you’re basking in the sun, dining on Atlantic Avenue, or making memories by the pool, Delray Paradise 1 is the ideal home base for your Delray Beach getaway!

The outdoor space is shared with the upstairs unit (if occupied) and boasts four seating areas with dining for 12, covered lounge seating for 4, 6 chaise lounges and 2 BBQ grills ready for your culinary creations. 4 beach cruiser bicycles are provided and local rentals are available.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization with credit card ($750 deposit hold-not a charge) and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Id and credit card must match.
2. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given** Thanks for your understanding!
3. An outdoor Ring security camera is present on the exterior of the home. Security camera records video and voice, however it is not actively monitored. Cameras may not be covered or tampered with by guest. Owner/Manager reserves the right to view the cameras to verify guest count, or if any complaints are received.
4. 6 Adults Max (8 guests total) - NO PETS
5. The Pool is heated to 85° IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours (not 24 hours a day) when the pump runs and the control panel is locked, for management use only.
6. Events hosted with un-registered guests or Commercial Filming without owner/manager knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, etc. Confetti, streamers or taped wall décor is prohibited. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
7. Violations of the short-term rental agreement will result in loss of deposit and termination of stay without notice or refund.
8. Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.
9. Delray Paradise Retreat has weekly pool service, and lawn service, and monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services. If scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present.

Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short-term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction, if any. Guest releases Owner/On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
